Minor updates with same major version number
These updates are always free of charge for both LMD ElPack and LMD-Tools user. These updates are placed in our protected download areas and can be downloaded free of charge - anytime (using your registration utility).

Packages with new major version number - Full Version
Owners of Subscription packages receive free updates (including major updates with new version number) within the Subscription Period. After that minor updates with same major version number (as described in previous section) are still free.

Shipping costs are €10 within EU or €15 for international airmail (import duties and taxes are not included outside the EU). No shipping costs for ID-only delivery (we email registration utility, please mention valid email address). After that you download latest version from our server).
Companies in the EU (except german companies) can purchase the products free of sales tax. Make sure to mention your VAT number when ordering.

Order Online using a credit card (other payment methods are supported as well). Please allow us up to two business days to send you personal registration data via email (usually registration data is sent out within few hours). Note: Make sure that you mention a valid email address with your order (which can accept a 600kb email including your personal registration utility). If you don't receive your registration utility within two business days or you can't receive zip files via email (because of security reasons) please mail to sales@lmd.de and we provide you the file on an alternative way.

The online credit card processing is done via an encrypted Internet commerce system, so that your credit card information is protected. In addition ShareIt supports additional payment options like suport of VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club credit card. US and Canadian customers may also order by calling 1-800-903-4152.

Alternatively payment is possible via PayPal. If you prefer using PayPal, simply send us informal eMail with your complete address, VAT-ID (if applicable) and the product(s) you want to order. You receive then request eMail from PayPal, which helps you to settle your payment. After payment is confirmed, access data and invoice (PDF) will be send to you directly from us.
